Move and freeze.

But how do you move and relax in Canada’s biggest club league?

The league will have a new head coach this year, with the league announcing on Tuesday that the league’s first Canadian coach will be a former Socceroos coach, Marc Dos Santos.
Dos Santos, who played for the Socceroos from 2009 to 2014, will be the head coach of the Ottawa Fury, a team that is currently in the CCL for the first time in five years.
This season, Ottawa will play a regular season home game in the new stadium, known as BMO Field, at the Ottawa Civic Centre.

(Mark Blinch/The Canadian Press)The Fury, which will play its home matches at BMO in Ottawa, will play their first two home games at the new BMO Stadium in Toronto, with Ottawa City FC taking over the season opener against FC Edmonton on Aug. 16.
The Fury will play in the third round of the USL playoffs against the San Antonio Scorpions on Sept. 2.
After two weeks of training, Ottawa Fury head coaches Marc Dos and Joe Herdman will take the field for the Fury’s first preseason game at Bmo Field on Sept 4 against the New York Red Bulls II.
(Toby Melville/The Ottawa Citizen)The Ottawa Fury will be one of four Canadian teams to join the USL PRO this year.
It will be announced in the next few weeks whether or not Toronto FC will join the league.
Ottawa will join four other Canadian cities in the USL Pro: Vancouver, Edmonton, Ottawa and Hamilton.
After being in USL Pro for a few years, Ottawa City will join a new league this year that will allow it to join USL PRO.
Ottawa is the third Canadian city to join.
It is the first Canadian city in the league to join since the NASL, which was formed in 2006.
The USL PRO is set to start playing games in 2018, but there are no details yet on who will join it and when.
For now, the league will play games in its current home, in Ottawa.
The league has a lot of options this year to bring fans to the stadium.
Ottawa City is considering a number options, including renting the stadium out to the Ottawa Citizen, the city’s non-profit organization.
In that case, the match will be broadcast on CBC Radio One, which is owned by Rogers Communications.
If Ottawa City decides to go that route, the stadium would become an exclusive space for the Citizen, with seating for about 300 fans.
A smaller capacity crowd could also be used to sell the game tickets.
The stadium could also house a few restaurants and other businesses, as well as a cafe, coffee shop, a coffee shop and a small grocery store.
In 2017, Ottawa hosted the inaugural CSL season, when Ottawa Fury and Ottawa City played each other in Ottawa’s newly renovated BMO stadium.
It was the Fury who won the match, 1-0.
The Ottawa City game was a rematch of a 2016 match in which the Fury defeated Ottawa, 1 0-0, in a playoff tiebreaker.
