MILWAUKEE — — — BRIAN KELLEY: The Black Panther is one of the most controversial figures in the WWE universe, and he’s a major force in the world of sports-entertainment.
He’s a fierce warrior and he has an unmatched amount of skill.
He has an uncanny ability to take a blow, not just to the body, but to the soul.
He could literally tear someone limb from limb.
He is a man who can’t take a punch, so he’ll put on a mask and he’ll go in the ring and go in with an iron fist.
He does it for the people, for the cause.
And that’s what makes him so controversial.
So it was no surprise that when we had to decide on a Black Panther character, we didn’t have any favorites.
We had to pick one.
And then we had this meeting with Bryan Singer.
He said, ‘Bryan, I want to give you a very personal recommendation.’
And we were all like, ‘What?’
And he goes, ‘I want you to be a Black Man in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.’
I was like, this is so important.
So he’s like, I will.
And I’m like, This is so hard.
But it’s what I want.
And he did.
And it’s amazing.
And now, we are going to see him on the big screen.
The film is called “The Black Panther: Winter Soldier.”
And we’re going to get a little bit more of a closer look at that film, which is the one we’ve been waiting for, but the one that I think is going to be the most amazing movie to date.
